Circles Life is a Singaporean MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) that uses network coverage from other carriers, in this case, one named M1. In 2019, Circles Life also moved into Taiwan, borrowing Chunghwa Telecom’s network and Australia, where it partnered with Optus. All of this means that the carrier operates digitally, with no brick-and-mortar stores. So, after users buy a SIM card, it is delivered to their address or designated store or location. This also makes an Internet connection necessary to learn how to activate Circles Life SIM card. Let’s get into it.
