  1. Install it on your device.
  2. Open the app and register yourself by tapping on the Create Account button.
  3. Enter your du phone number and tap the Next button.
  4. Next, you will receive a 4 digit OTP on your text messenger. Enter the OTP into the app.
  5. Enter your new password.
  6. Tip. After you settle on a password, we suggest you note it down somewhere for later use so that you don’t lose it.
  7. Press the Login button.
  8. Next, you will see the dashboard containing all your account information.
  9. Several bits of information are immediately available: data balance and its expiration date, calling minutes, etc.

Postpaid users can check their due bill amount with the same process as described above. For postpaid numbers, the app will show the amount yet to be paid along with the due date.

  2. Login using your username and password.
  3. Note. To access this page you must have a du online account. If you don’t, click the Register Here option on the right-hand side of the “Login” button.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. After you log in, you will see all your account information on the homepage.
