The Quick Recharge feature is available on the official web portal of Du. This is the easiest online technique to recharge your Du prepaid SIM card without logging in or making an account. The only requirement? You must have a GCC/UAE-issued valid debit or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and an internet connection. Follow the steps given below to recharge.
- Visit the official Du website.
- Click on the Recharge button.
- Enter the desired Du prepaid number.
- Click Next.
- Select the desired top-up amount. Otherwise, fill out the amount in the Others section.
- Click on the Get Credit button.
- Enter your debit or credit card details like card number, name on the card, card expiry date, CVV/CVC.
- Agree to the payment Terms & Conditions.

2. Recharging Using Third-Party Websites/Apps
There are many third-party websites or apps available on the internet with permission to recharge the prepaid numbers of various operators. - Visit the official website of Super Charge.
- Tap the Mobile Recharge option.
- Enter the Du prepaid number you want to recharge.
- Select Du as the operator.
- Enter the desired top-up amount.
- Click the Recharge Now button.
- Log in using your registered email address and password. If you are a new user, then register yourself on the portal by clicking on the create your account option.
- Next, choose your preferred mode of payment i.e., Debit Card, Credit Card, or Samsung Pay.

You can also renew the balance of your Du SIM card using certain USSD codes. This is applicable when you want to borrow credit or top-up through recharge/scratch cards. The following USSD codes will help you in recharging.
- *135*scratch card code# for normal recharge aka More Time. The balance can be used for all types of activities, and it is valid for a lifetime.
- *136* scratch card code# for more credit. The balance can be used for all kinds of activities, and the validity depends upon the current recharge plan.
- *138* scratch card code# for international usage only, and its validity depends upon the current international recharge plan.
- *131* scratch card number# for only data and the validity of the data remains for 30 days only.
- Dial *108# and then press 1 to borrow credit of 5 AED. The 5 AED amount will be deducted from your More Time with a 1 AED fee on the next recharge.
- Dial *108# and then press 2 to borrow credit of 5 AED automatically whenever your main balance is below 0.50 AED. The 5 AED amount will be deducted from your More Time with a 1 AED fee on the next recharge. To deactivate this service, SMS “AUTO OFF” to 1080.
4. Recharge Du SIM Card Using Balance Transfer
This option allows for recharging another Du prepaid number by transferring the balance from yours. Follow the simple instructions given below to exercise this option.
- Open the dial pad of your phone.
- Dial *121*recipient’s mobile number*amount in AED# from your Du prepaid SIM card.
- Press the Send button.
- Next, you will receive two options, 1 for sending balance and 2 to cancel the process.
- Press 1 and tap the Send button.
