1. Dial  *120*321# and enter your login credentials.
2. Select FNB Connect, then Activate SIM.
3. Select the Enter serial number option.
4. Enter the 12-digit serial number (RICA) found on the package your SIM arrived in.).
5. Tap on Send then Confirm.
6. You’ll receive a welcome SMS stating that your SIM was activated.

2. Online FNB SIM card activation

For your convenience, you can also activate FNB SIM card online like this:

1. Visit the FNB website in your browser.
2. Enter your username and password in the upper right corner, then click on Login.
3. Switch to the My Bank Accounts tab, then the My SIM Cards tab.
4. Find your SIM card on the list. If unactivated, it will have an Activate button next to Top-Up.
5. After clicking, a confirmation screen will appear on the right-hand side. Click on Activate.
6. An OTP (One Time PIN) will be sent to that SIM card phone number.
7. Enter the OTP on the website, click Submit, then Finish.

3. Activate FNB SIM card at ATM

1. Insert your full-size SIM card into the card reader.
2. Enter your PIN and wait for it to be accepted.
3. On the Main Menu screen, choose More Options in the bottom right corner.
4. Select FNB Connect, Prepaid & LOTTO.
5. Choose the FNB Connect SIM Card Services option.
6. Select Activate SIM.
7. Select your SIM card based on the serial (RICA) number.
8. When prompted with Do You Accept? select Proceed.
9. The SIM card will be ejected. You can now begin to use it.

4. Download APN settings for an FNB SIM card
