Checking Balance With My EE App
This method is of checking EE account status is online. Therefore, you need an internet connection both to download the EE application and to use it afterward. The following steps will help you to learn your balance using the EE app:
- Download the EE app either from Google Play Store (if you have an Android device) or iOS App Store (for Apple devices).
- Note. You can also get the link as a text message to download the app. Just text APP and send it to 150 from your EE mobile phone number.
- After installing the app, open it and log in with your name, email address and password.
- An activation link will be sent to your email you just provided in the above step.
- Tip. if you are a first time user, click the link within 24 hours before it expires.
- Once you click the confirmation/activation link, your account is ready to be used.
- When you log in, you’ll see your balance information on the Dashboard, related to data, calling, and texting along with their validity.

Using EE My Account to Check Balance (Web Portal)
Checking balance via My Account in EE is another online method. This method is suitable for those users who don’t want to download and keep the EE app on their phones. To use My Account in EE, you need to register an account first. Follow the steps given below to use EE My Account to access your balance information:
- Visit the home page, ee.co.uk and select “EE&Me“.
- After that, select View My Account.
- Next, a login dashboard will appear, you need to log in with your details.
- Once you are logged in, use the left-hand menu anytime you want to move to different areas in My Account.
- At the top of the dashboard, you can see your current credit balance, current package and its validity/expiry date.
- Each pack gives you an allowance of voice minutes, text and internet data.
- On the dashboard, you will see three sections: one for voice minutes, another for text, and third one for data.
- The three sections above will display how much calls, texts, and MBs/GBs you’ve consumed and have left.
- Tip. As long as you have enough credit, your current pack will be renewed automatically by EE.
