Hence, it is better if you have an active data pack otherwise the data charges will be deducted from your main balance. The mobile application is available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. To check the balance using the app, follow the simple steps given below:

  1. Download and install the MyKorek app.
  2. Open the app and log in to your Korek account by using your Korek prepaid number.
  3. On the app’s main dashboard you will see your balance information in detail.

Remember that if you are a new user, you should register yourself first by clicking the Register/Sign Up button. Once you create your account the app will remember the entered information in the future automatically.
