  2. Open your Whatsapp and open the chat with StarHub Care.
  3. Type “Hi, I would like to top up my StarHub Prepaid Number” and send this message.
  4. You will receive an instant reply requesting the details such as ‘StarHub Prepaid number, StarHub subscriber name, Top-up amount, Payment method (PayNow/Bank Transfer)’.
  5. Reply with the details asked above.
  6. Next, you will receive a message regarding payment instructions.
  7. After making the payment, you will be informed the payment process is complete.
  8. You will receive the recharge confirmation message within 1 hour if your payment process completes between 9 AM and 6 PM. Otherwise, it might take up to 3 hours.

3. Renew Balance through Top-up Card

You can easily buy a top-up card from StarHub outlets and partner stores during working hours. It is an easy offline method where you don’t need an internet connection. Moreover, the procedure is neither complicated nor requires device and user interface knowledge. After buying the voucher, follow these instructions to recharge your StarHub prepaid SIM card via a phone number:

  1. Scratch off the card foil carefully with a coin or something similar. You will see your Top-Up Card Number and PIN.
  2. Call 9850 0000 from your StarHub prepaid number.
