  3. Via SMS: Type REL(space)Yes prepaid number(space)recharge card activation code. Send the message to 018-330-1111.

2. Recharging Through Auto Renewal Feature

Activate the auto-renewal feature on your Yes 4G prepaid number and enjoy Yes credits reloaded automatically on your preferred date every month. You can also apply for automatic reload of data add-ons the same way. 

3. Recharge SIM Card Through My Yes 4G Mobile Application

My Yes 4G is the official mobile application of the company. It is developed to give its users a smooth and user-friendly interface to manage their Yes account. In this app, you will find many features, one of which is to reload your prepaid SIM card. Here are the steps to take:

  1. Download the app either from Google Play (for Android devices) or from App Store (for Apple devices).
  2. Open the app and register yourself if you are a new user.
  3. After registration, log in to your account.
  4. On the home screen of the app, you will see a Reload button below your main balance information. Tap it.
  5. Next, you will see two options, i.e., Reload Card and Reload Online. Tap on the Reload Online option.
  6. Select the desired top-up amount.
  7. Select the mode of payment you want to pay through, i.e., My Rewards, Debit/Credit Card, Mybank2U, and Online Banking.
  8. Tap the Pay Now button.
  9. The Payment Details screen will open up. Check the payment details carefully before proceeding. Tap the Confirm button then.
  10. Fill in the payment details. It depends upon what payment mode you have chosen in the previous step. 
  11. After the process is complete, a successful recharge notification will show up on the screen. Consequently, you will receive an SMS for topping up successfully. 

4. Top Up Using a Third-Party Website/App

There are many third-party mobile recharge websites available in the online market that let you reload your Yes 4G prepaid SIM card from anywhere in the world. Ding, Recharge, SEAGM, and DoctorSIM, are a few popular names in this regard.   1. Visit the official website of Recharge.
  2. On the homepage, select Malaysia as your recipient country, even if you are staying in some other one.
  3. Select the mobile carrier company as Yes.
  4. Choose the product, i.e., call credits/top-up, mobile data, or add-ons.
  5. Fill in your email address on which you want to receive your recharge receipt. 
  6. Enter the desired Yes 4G prepaid number you wish to recharge.
  7. Select the preferred mode of payment.
  8. Complete the payment procedure, filling in your payment details.
  9. Wait for the recharge confirmation notification on the screen.
  10. Check your email to confirm the recharge and download the payment receipt.
