1. Activate VOXI SIM card online
Follow these steps to activate a VOXI SIM card via their website:
- Start by heading to VOXI’s Activate Free SIM (voxi.co.uk/activate/activate-free-sim) page.
- Tip. You must be in the United Kingdom (or use a proxy/VPN) when going through the following steps.
- Enter your 10-digit SIM card serial number.
- Tip. You’ll find the first 5 digits on the 2nd and the other 5 digits on the 3rd line on the SIM card package you received from VOXI.
- Click on the Choose a plan button.
- In Step 2, select the desired payment plan from their Plans (voxi.co.uk/plans) page.
- In Step 3, create a user account username and password.
- For Step 4, select a payment method: credit/debit card or a gift card.
- Verify the information you entered so far is correct and confirm.
- Insert the SIM card into your smart device and wait for the signal.
- Clarification. The activation of a VOXI SIM card often takes a few minutes, but the carrier states it can take up to 24 hours.
2. Activating VOXI SIM card as Vodafone user

Tip. You might have to enable mobile data manually by connecting to any Wi-Fi network and texting “WEB” to 40127 (free from your VOXI SIM). You’ll get 2 SMSes before APN settings get downloaded automatically.
