Customer Care
Airtel customer service is also pretty good from our tests even though several users have reported that they were not able to resolve their issues. It is a common thing with any mobile operator that on certain things they will not be able to help the users. From what we can see from our experience is that there were willing to help with any of the issues we had without any problems. The biggest issue we faced with customer care is that the waiting time. Sometimes it took us up to 5 minutes just to get connected to the customer service. This might be due to the heavy demand in this COVID situation.
Overall we are satisfied with the Airtel customer service. Once you get connected, they will try their best to resolve your issues. The only problem is that it might take some time to get connected and explain your issues to them. Once you do, you are good to go.
