Reliance Jio Issues

We talked a lot about the good and fun stuff that Reliance Jio provides. But is there any issues that we faced as a Jio customer? As you may have already guessed, we have. 1. Internet connectivity drops

One of the most frustrating issues that we faced while using the Jio SIM card was the internet connectivity dropping issue that caused several downloads to fail, and a lot of online gaming matches to disconnect. The problem is that every once in a while the Reliance Jio connection drops causing the device not to be able to use the internet connection.

This is not a huge issue for someone who makes use of the internet for regular day to day things. However, for those who need uninterrupted internet access, especially for online gaming and downloading stuff, it can be irritating. The problem does not happen every day. But happens once in a while.

2. Internet speed reduction

Just like the previous issue we mentioned, another internet connectivity issue is the drop in the internet connection speed. I am not talking about the reduction in the speed after the 1.5GB of data usage. But even within that limit, several times we faced a reduction in the speed. This issue is not so common as the connectivity dropping issue. However, it still happens every now and then.

Reliance Jio is arguably the best SIM card for internet users in India. The service provided is extremely good and has everything you would need to access the internet.
